Sadly, it's not often that you get 5 star service these days, atleast not here in Hollywood, FL where I'm at. I originally intended on moving here but recently changed my mind to head to Costa Rica. Of course, top of my to-do list is getting my salt-nic juice, assuming that I won't be able to find it in the middle of nowhere, Costa Rica . Atleast not for the prices we pay here in the states. Ive been on the hunt for my Pod Juice Jewel Mint for a couple of weeks. Most places don't carry it- many didn't even know what it was (which is crazy bc in CA it's super popular). I even was told twice by two different vape shops to come back the following week bc they'd order it. And , obviously, since This review is for diamond vapor , they were full of crap. I finally started searching outside of my general vicinity and that's when I found Diamond Vapor on Yelp. When I called, I spoke to a man who I'm assuming is the owner. He not only knew what the Jewel Mint product was, but he also carried it and had it in stock! Additionally, without even knowing me or knowing whether I'd show up, he set aside the remainder of his stock for me. I think that was super cool of him. His prices are also way affordable. I paid roughly $45 for three bottles of 35mg juice. That's $15/pop! I'm used to atleast a $10 markup from that- having just moved here from CA. I definitely recommend this place and I definitely think it's worth a solid 4 star rating. Thanks for stocking me up my friend. I'll be back if I ever make it to Florida again read more

My husband and I have been using them for awhile. However the new receptionist is not very friendly. She makes you feel like it's a burden to help you out. Any questions I have, she doesn't know. I was sold a menthol juice even though I asked for regular. That was a waste of a coil and an extra trip to return it. Then I received a promotion for a free house juice. I asked for something I've tried before and it was not what was in the bottle. It was supposed to be fruity and it tasted like tobacco. Another wasted coil. Wow. Ordered online with custom PG/VG and mg (3mg) levels (include any request in notes and they will try to accommodate). Regular mail - order got here in a day (it might help I'm fairly close). Nonetheless, they updated the order promptly and included a tracking number. Now, to the liquid - best custom creamy custard dessert liquid I've had. Dare I say, nay - I must say - the Pink Tornado tastes just as good as the nourishing Milk of a Mother, without wanting to commit Suicide because of the price! So I came back to the store yesterday... which would have been Thursday...with my friend Aimee and Woohooo! talk about that first class customer service! Shout out too mike and also a big, **BIG** shout out too Korey who handled my purchases and questions like a champ, even though I was continuously bitching about their previous girl employee. (turns out she was fired lol) he was courteous, friendly, and down to earth. He told us the story of how he was hired... And im thinking in my head "Keith, that was the wisest decision you have ever made, as you finally have employees who aren't pretentious.) So first thing I noticed is that there weren't any middle finger driptips!! ***nooooooo So I took a dragon driptip *yayyyyy, I mean come on, that's still pretty bad ass. Second I am a huge liquid snob!! but Korey, (bless his little soul), was not only able to find a liquid I like... BUT TWO LIQUIDS I LIKE!. so I got the "Potion" flavor and "Nora's dream" which both are really good. If it weren't for those two, I would not have changed my yelp rating, So please keep them as employees! **on a side note** As I was having the time of life, my poor friend aimee, briefly experienced a weird moment. So as some random male citizen is picking up a shipment from their store, a woman employee is helping him. I take off five stars because they won't give you prices over the phone. A 30ml bottle of their juice is $12. Why I can't call ahead and ask is beyond me. It seems like some sort of bad gimmick to get you to go to the store. Anyways, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable about all things vaping. I went in to get a dual coil built and for 5$ they will build the coil multiple times until you like it, and they even let me use a battery and juice to try out the coil. Their credit card machine went down and I ended up walking out for no money at all. Free coil! I went back to buy some juice and got "Potion" which is very good, people say it smells like strawberry nesquik. Al though you may have to wait if they're working with other people, they give you their full attention to help you. They even have a drill press and agreed to help me increase the bore on my drip tip. Awesome place and I am very satisfied, even if the name and clientele is kind of ghetto. I've been to other local stores like savvy vaper and this place is easily my favorite. read more

These guys know their Vapes and Keith (owner) takes a lot of PRIDE in his shop and will only deliver the customer best of the best. They have good juices there I travel 40 min every 3 weeks to get it, but the staff there is unfriendly and look down on you like we are stupid. Dishonest Diamond Vapor should be the store's name. Less than two weeks ago, I walked in that store and after asking for advice (cigarette smoking cessation), it was suggested that I purchase the Mylé vape and its pods. I even asked about the Juul vape and was told "no, no, this is the one you should like better". I did, at a tune of a little over $50 for both vape and 4 pods. I went back today and was told they were out of the flavour I like and wouldn't have a delivery until next Wednesday. After looking online for other stores, I called a (very helpful and knowledgeable) store and was told that the Mylé system is forbidden by a court order dating from November 2018 to sell its device in the USA (Juul sued them for copyright violation). In short, Diamond Vapor sold me a kit that they knew damn well was on its way out. It is unethical, dishonest and frankly reeks of a business willing to rip off its customers. I went to a different store further away and will never set foot in Diamond Vapor again. read more

The shop is ok at best which is a shame because given the space that they have it could be so much better. They have some OK hardware, nothing really impressive and the same goes for the juice selection. But my biggest issue was the vibe of the place. Didn't feel very welcoming or friendly at all. All of the staff but one were pretty uninterested in helping me. The décor of the shop is pretty tacky. It looks like Rick Ross had too much to drink and threw up fake diamonds everywhere. Your a Vape shop, not Lil Jon's bathroom. I get it, you're called Diamond Vapors but it's a little obnoxious. Bottom line is that this place isn't bad but its not good either. The lack of good atmosphere and friendly customer service is what makes this place a 2 star and not a 3. But again im going to stress that given the shops location and the size of the space, this place has the potential to be really nice. Not a very good a experience, bought a product less than 2 months ago that they recommended and now it's not charging and something is clearly wrong with it ! Hence why they don't even carry this product any longer. They looked at it and clearly noticed there was something wrong And then I was told that there is nothing that they could do and there would be no accommodation made for my issue ... and then wanted us to perhaps think about investing in a new product "spend more money"so on that note you just lost my business and I will take it else where !! read more

Called this place before arriving to ask if they had certain juice in certain strength, I was given the wrong information. It was like the guy I spoke too just wanted me to get into the store, the only thing is I had to drive 40 mins to get there. As I arrive at the store I found my self standing at the counter for about 10 mins before anyone helped me. (Store was not busy) Some guy with a pony tail finally comes to help me and it seemed as if I was a bother. I asked about the juice that I had called in about, he brings it to the table and it's all 6mg!!!!!!!!!! I Vape only 3 mg!!!!!! I asked the moron 3 times if he was sure he had 3mg in stock! He kept saying they did, but of-course they did not. Get rid of the cool guy attitude, pay attention to your customers instead of sitting there building your clone rda. Give people the correct information, don't lie to get them into your store. vape shops like this with employees like that are the ones that give the Vape industry a bad name. I have to say out of the many vapor shops I have visited around South Florida, including various vapor sharks, vapor life, all american, ultra vapor bar, xs, and many others that I even forgot their names already this has got to be my favorite. Especially for juice, not only are they well stocked ie. Every 5pawn flavor, and Nic level, but their house blends are hands down beyond amazing. They can even make the blend in ration of PG or VG optimized for your device. I went with 100% VG blend of their Sin City for my dripper that taste like Gambit , and I think it's even richer in taste cause it 100 VG as opposed to 50PG/50VG most mix bases out there are. For my Nautilious Tank I can get 80PG. I can not recommend this place more! Everyone there from the owner to employees are all bonafide top-notch. Oh did I also mention that the house sample they mixed for me was 5 bucks. 30ml house blend is 15. If only I would have known about this place earlier. read more

Love to vape (in between my pregnancies) and this shop is the only place I go for all my vaping needs. They have all the supplies you need to start vaping and the hardware for replacement, to keep on vaping. I will only buy my liquid from Diamond Vapor. I have had to buy emergency liquid on a couple different occasions at other vape shops when I was out of the area and I couldn't even use my E-cig temporarily bc the other liquids tasted like rubbing alcohol or are imported from China. This is the First vape shop I have tried that makes their own liquid and do it to perfection, you just have to find a flavor that you prefer and you can taste the quality difference. My favorite is my boy blue(I think it's called). They sell high end to more affordable vaping products and are always extremely knowledgeable about their products and about E-cigs in general. My husband bought me a nicer E-cig for Valentine's Day a couple years ago from Diamond Vapor that I believe the owner helped him pick out, and I love it (it's pink). I had originally bought my first E-cig, when I first transitioned from regular cigarettes at another vape store located on Stirling road near 95 and it constantly broke despite proper care. The owner of that store was always rude and never helpful. When my husband bought me my current E-cig at Diamond Vapor, the store associate said it was comparable to a Ferrari in the E-cig world, it was so much better and worth every penny, I haven't gone back to regular cigarettes and actually have become disgusted by them. I also accidentally dropped my current E-cig numerous times and never had any damage or issue with it, just broke my Glass top, which is replaceable. Diamond Vapor moved over a plaza to a new store front and it looks amazing, parking is so much more convenient. Vaping stores have become so trendy and are a dime a dozen but this one is definitely top of its class, and will be around for the long run. read more

I gotta say, cool looking shop, but horrendous customer service. For me it's all about the customer service and the attitudes of the employees and/or owners. I went in to purchase o-rings for a Kangertech mini tank, I was met by a chubby guy with a goatee at the counter. His customer service skills are less than desirable.... He looked down the whole time as if he was bothered by the fact that a customer was in his shop. So they give me the box with my seals...I get to my car and notice that they had given me a box of seals for the nano tank, not the mini. I go back in and let them know, then they give me the correct box. I then check the box's contents when I get to my car and it was light... One pack of o-rings were missing --- 3 of 4 packs in box. I then go back into the store for a third time and let them know that the box is missing one pack of o-rings. The young dude in the shop was helpful and proceeded to look for the missing seals. Now the chubby guy with the goatee jumps up as if aggravated and says just refund his money. This to me is unacceptable behavior as I needed the o-rings for my tank, he insisted that he refund my money. I simply left the shop with the o-rings that came in the box and won't be returning to this location. This shop really needs a lesson in customer service!!!!! read more
