In fact, we have referred others to their services. Katie has been amazing with our Nova! She is always on time, she does a quick job but not too quick that she can't be thorough. We have a Maltipoo and They always give her some sort of bow and bandana so she looks adorable every time she comes back to the door. It is so worth the cost and it's quite convenient. It was nice to register online and save time and if you call you have to leave all that information and they call you to confirm. They are very organized with the drop off and pick up of your pet. They request you arrive at 7:30 and someone is there handing out numbers and paperwork for cats and dogs. They tell you how to fill out the paperwork and what additional services you can purchase at that time as well. Such as a rabies shot, nail trim or Elizabethian color (aka cone of shame) which is what I purchased for my pet. Most people from what I noticed round up and give them a donation since they are so inexpensive. Pick up is at 3 and the price includes the medication as well.
