This little gem is loaded up with gorgeousness from St Martins, Desigual, Custo and Almost Famous to name a few. Every piece is quirky and makes you feel you really need it sooo badly it hurts. Every rail has got something which will make you throw a hissy fit to get it. What do you mean that's only me? Doesn't everyone stamp their feet in public? When times are good, I love to go to Lulu Blu and treat myself to something fabulous and although there are some pretty expensive pieces in there like Custo dresses for over £200, there are also some really affordable little gems like summer dresses around £30. Be quick though as those are the bits that are only on the rails for a few days. The more expensive stuff is perfect for special occasions when you don't want to run the risk of wearing the same as someone else. Social suicide darling, no? A word to the recessionista - the sale is fantastic, but again get your pretty little skates on as the bargains don't wait around for snoozers! Ps the jewellery is always fab and always affordable. Who actually needs food?!

I don't normally go for this sort of thing but I am inclined to have a good look once in a while, just in case there is something to change my mind, because it's a pleasant shop to be in and the people are friendly. Though not cheap you could be making a sound investment in buying something from here and if you don't see yourself in the clothes there are some beautiful bags of the same vein which should cheer up any outfit.

Now if you have shopped in B&M then you will know you can get cheap tons of soup, that curry powder that everyone in slimming world buys out on a Tuesday night and other cheap household items, so, you can imagine how cheap the drink is! I myself have sampled quite a lot of it and there are some that are great value and some that you get what you pay for! For example, unless you are going to use it to spray the winner of what ever competition you are running avoid the magnum of 'sparkling wine' priced at £3.99!!! However they have really nice prosecco at £5.99 a great range of ales and craft beers for a quid casillera deal Diablo red at £5.99 and Guinness for less than £1 a can which is almost unheard of. So what you waiting for, get stocked up!

The unique selling point of this store is it's off licence section, some bargains to be had but don't get sucked into thinking everything is cheap! Bought some pouches of pina colada drinks that you stick in the freezer which were pretty tasty. Parking isn't the best, only 4 or 5 cars can fit outside the door otherwise you need to park on street

Set up every Sunday in the Crescent Arts Centre Fine & Dandy has a wide variety of stalls. There's everything form collage crafts to fine chutneys and jams. Although this market doesn't have the reputation or scale of St Georges Market it does have a certain charm. Every stall is manned by a passionate creative who will take time to tell you the story behind their goods and give you an insight in to how their product came from conception to reality. If you're interested in local art and crafts them I would highly recommend heading down to Fine & Dandy Market as soon as possible. There's not only arts and crafts on sale, there is also baked goodness in the form of scones and other hot food and you can grab a coffee to help perk you up on a Sunday morning. I have the feeling that this wee market is really going to take off so it's better to ride the crest of the wave and visit now while you can still navigate your way through the stalls. This is a monthly market so pop a reminder in your calendar - you don't want to miss out!

It has a few shops which are the only outlet for that brand in Belfast, Northern Ireland, or in the case of IKEA, the whole of Ireland. IKEA is self explanatory in terms of what they sell and how they sell it. Its neighbours are Harvey Norman, a vast Next Home, Sainsburys and B&Q, so it's very much a functional shopping zone rather than an indulgent shopping place. I go there for storage baskets (IKEA), stuff for the kids rooms (Next) and groceries (B&Q, only joking, Sainsburys). Harvey Norman has some really good offers on electricals, especially TV and DVD players. Too good actually - I saw the Samsung DVD player that I paid over £100 for at under £50. Raging as they say in Belfast. The next exciting instalment is a sports goods shop called Decathalon Sports which claims to sell quality running trainers for £9.99. It will be the first branch in Belfast so watch this space for an update.

Located off the A2 and in close proximity it offers a great out of town shopping destination. It is split in to two sections and there's plenty of free parking. One section houses Sainsbury's and B&Q and the other is home to Decathlon, BHS, Costa Coffee, Subway, Harvey Norman and Next Home. There's also an Ikea that has its own multistory car park. This Ikea attracts plenty of plane spotters due to its proximity to the City Airport. As other have mentioned there are a few small negatives of Holywood Exchange - it's so vast that you may need to drive between shops. There's also a severe lack of ATM's on site apart from at Sainsbury's, which as mentioned is a trek from all the other shops. For this it has got to be 3 stars!

The Salisbury's store itself is huge. Aside from that, you also have the typical shops and services you'd expect - post-office, coffee shops, clothes shops, chemists, hairdressers, jewellers, etc., and it's a pleasant enough place to wile away an hour or two. There's ample parking, including an underground car-park at the back.
