They ran car-side COVID tests on each of us, including the kids. They were extremely friendly, helpful, reassuring, and informative. It was a very nice experience, especially under the circumstances. They took swift action in short time. By the time I received my response, they had his first vaccination completed, had already scheduled a second appointment, and his visit and vaccine information were updated on the practice's patient portal online. Everything with this place needs improvement…read more Received an automated call to confirm appointment for 5/20. Drove an hour to get to appointment and Dr. Pineras was not in the office. They had no record of appointment. No phone call to advise the appointment was canceled. But if you miss your appointment they have no problem charging for that!!! This is not the first time but hopefully the last time for us. ZERO STARS-except you can't post if you don't select at least one star
