He's very knowledgeable but one of those few good doctors I know who's confident and nothing himself to say when he doesn't know something. That might be one of the most important attributes for a good doctor to have as it keeps patients with complicated conditions safer than some maverick who thinks they know everything. Besides that one unique point I thought I would share I have the same views as everyone else this guy is very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and an asset to his field at a time when you have Stanford pumping out useless doctors by the hundreds who think they are God's gift to earth. But here's the honest truth about Doctor Rozelle, he's great because he's great, unlike doctors who could be considered good because of how bad the others are. This is a pretty big difference and why he deserves 5 stars!

I checked in at the front and was taken back for vitals and put in a patient room quickly. I liked that I didn't have to sit and wait in the waiting area. All the staff at the front office were very nice and professional. I only waited a few minutes before Dr. Wu arrived. She was so kind, empathetic and professional. I really felt that she cared and was concerned about my current joint issues. She took her time with me, getting to know my history with Crohn's disease and all the treatments I've tried thus far. She knew my current Rheumatologist and had positive things to say about him. She was willing to work along with my current Rheumatologist at Stanford or takeover my rheumatological care. She left it up to me on how to proceed. She wasn't pushy or trying to force me to choose. As long as I see her once a year, I can be under her care as an official patient of hers. I will see her again in 3 months and communicate with her through the MyHealth app to update her on things and let her know when I'm ready to transition over or have her work in conjunction with my current rheumatologist. I felt very lucky to have met her. I feel that she is one of those rare doctors that you can easily connect with and feel at ease with. She's truly passionate at what she does. I look forward to seeing her again in three months.

She confirmed this via more tests as my diagnosis did not fit the usual parameters. I have been in her care since 2013 and I am still with her in 2021. She is absolutely wonderful, takes time to answer all my questions, monitors my diet and health and even took the time to show me what she herself eats, to improve my prognosis. When she is unsure of something, Dr. Sood is upfront about it and takes it to the PAMF consultants board for further study. She also coordinates with my other doctors when I have related symptoms. She is not a fan of taking too many x-Rays as she wants to avoid unnecessary radiation, which I seriously appreciate. She has also helped overhaul my medications whenever she feels it is time for a change. She even ensured that my MRIs were approved when my insurance refused to cover it in the first go. A shoutout to Nurse Micaiah L. for ensuring each visit is pleasant and all details are up to date, and especially for following up on all my questions with Dr. Sood and other departments, whenever I have asked her for help.

I saw Dr. Huang more than 5+ years ago when I was trying to diagnose a migraine issue. Ultimately,…read moreDr. Huang had checked any potential ENT concerns related to migraine causes and prescribed me some nasal sprays. Over time, luckily they went away. From the visit, I also learned about my deviated septum, which is why I had issues breathing from my nostril growing up and up until surgery! I saw Dr. Huang at the end of 2025 to get a consult for nasal surgery. He recommended a Septoplasty and Reduction of bilateral inferior turbinates. Dr. Huang's bedside manner is one of the best I've encountered in the Sutter network. He is patient and responds to each question with confidence. What sold me was his confidence in this "easier" procedure since I had worries of potential side effects or complications post surgery. Of course, each surgery and how a patient responds and recovers is different, but Dr. Huang reassured that I would likely receive benefits, and not any digressions with my current state. That was enough for me, since I would do anything to get it any % better. I got the septoplasty in early 2026. Operation day was smooth and staff was friendly throughout. Post op and follow up care was good. Recovery is a bit of a pain with the splints and nasal drainage daily, but after a few months now, it is great to be able to fully breathe through my nose! Wish I had done the procedure earlier. Sleep has been a lot better and I can now smell new colors c: Thank you Dr. Huang and the rest of the team!

Dr Kuzis' assistant saw me first to get a general idea of what prompted my visit before seeing me. I found Dr Kuzis a patient listener, with polite bedside manner. In selecting a doctor/specialist, I recall research articles that recommend physicians who have between 5-15 years of experience (since residency/fellowship), with this being an ideal range between adequate experience, while still being 'young' enough to be aware of novel treatment options as are invented. From this perspective, I found Dr Kuzis may not have been familiar with the more current treatment techniques I described to her for my ailments. Nonetheless, Dr Kuzis spent generous time during the physical exam and addressing my various concerns, for which I am grateful. In assigning a panel of blood tests, I found the lab down the hall to be of great convenience. Dr Kuzis called me two days later (Friday after 5pm!) to share with me the results of the testing, for which I am also very grateful. Overall, for more routine diagnostics and ailments, Dr Kuzis is undoubtedly a doctor I would re-visit, but for borderline complex cases (where state-of-the-art treatment options are available), I might consider an alternate practitioner.

During our 2ND video visit she actually snapped at me for being "too anxious" about my health went off on a rant upset that I had emailed her FIVE times within a week. Complaining that one email was to long and that I'm not her only patient. Refusing to read it! I had a Covid test done was at home sick AND yes I was full of anxiety. I do have anxiety issues and she called me out on it. All this time not being helpful about my lupus and fibromyalgia. Actually saying now that she believes there's nothing wrong w me. After all these years on medication she prescribed. Brushing off all my symptoms due to my autoimmunity. She's horrible and unprofessional I'm actively seeking a new doctor. I don't feel comfortable asking her anything related to my health at all. She made it clear I'm an annoyance and unwelcome. I pay to much to be treated like this. Unfortunately I'm waiting on test results and have no one to explain to me the results, I have a question about my return to work letter that she wrote which seemed half assed. And I cannot even ask her nor do I dare. Why so she can snap again? And make me feel bad about my anxiety and other medical issues I've got. It's an unfortunate situation especially when u need a caring and understanding health provider during these crazy times.
