There is reflexology and then there is reflexology. Mitta's treatment is golden, very professional, very effective. There is a huge difference between a 15 minute treatment in a mall, and having a full one-hour reflexology treatment. When you are done, you feel like you had a full body massage. Even some shoulder pain I was having was gone. She really gets into the reflexology points and works out the kinks. She can even tell where you are having problems from poking at your feet. A real reflexology treatment starts without any type of lotion. All the points in the feet are worked over and then at the very end Mitta uses some lotion to massage the calves and finish off the feet. She is formally trained and it shows.
