A great little find if like your deli goods, Diana Supermarket is a family run business that's far friendlier than your average. There's not a huge range of goods across the board, but you could still easily do a basic shop there in one hit.
Walking in the doors you're greeted by the smells from the deli, luring you into the back of the shop to all your olive, cheese and meat needs. There's a small nut station where you can buy them by weight rather than is bags, and a little bottle shop near the front. They also have a good range of obscure product brands, some of which are surprisingly good.
The main drawback is the short opening hours, but they're fairly typical for this kind of store. There's only really one checkout, but it's not too busy and the people working it are genuinely nice to you. read more
