I've been a patient at this office for over 10 years & unfortunately, I'm officially done. I miss…read morethe days when it was a smaller, more personal practice & Dr. Gonzalez was still around. She truly cared--she followed up herself, worked tirelessly for her patients & even called to remind you about your annual appointments. That kind of genuine care is long gone. My experience over the last two years has been terrible. Since they expanded, it's like they completely forgot how to treat their patients. They don't remember anything from prior visits, there's barely any follow-through & everything feels rushed & impersonal. Now, they've added insult to injury by announcing that they're going to start charging patients for basic services--things we can't even do ourselves. Even something as simple as a prescription refill feels like you're bothering the nurse or PA. It's crystal clear: they don't care about patient well-being anymore, they just care about squeezing more money out of you. And to top it all off, they had the nerve to send out this email announcing the new fees--while shamelessly promoting their extra services at the bottom. As if we'd want to pay for even more after being told we'll now be charged for the basics. The lack of self-awareness is shocking. I even went back & removed the 5-star review I once left. This office is not what it used to be--it's become disorganized, disconnected & profit-driven. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone anymore.

I had called and asked for prenatal care for a pregnancy and was told okay to come in. Instead they charged it as a diagnostic, not as prenatal care then proceed to tell me afterward they don't code insurance for prenatal because they don't don prenatal care and then charge a few hundred dollars. Why on earth allow the patient to think they are coming for prenatal care when they don't offer it. It's an absolute scam on their end and their office should be flagged for that. Their doctors are fine, but beware of all the billing issues and surprises. Unethical coding practices.

I called ahead and was told there was a 15-minute grace period. I walked in at 11:16 AM, and Dr. Parikh flat-out refused to see me, providing zero explanation or flexibility for being one minute late. As a first-time expectant mom, these appointments mean the world to me. To be turned away after an hour of stressful driving was heartbreaking, but the attitude of the staff made it worse. The receptionists were completely unsympathetic and acted like I was a bother. A little kindness or a simple smile would have gone a long way, especially since turning me away means waiting another three weeks for an appointment. I ultimately decided not to reschedule. This experience completely ruined my trust in this practice, and I will not be returning.

My current ob-gyn didn't really take my symptoms seriously as I had been suffering with extreme pain during my menstrual cycle for years and it began to get worse over time. All she stated was "you just need to get pregnant." I was tired of the pain and needed answers. The pain would keep me up at night. One early morning I had, had enough and did a google search for endo specialists in the area and Dr. D's name popped up. Considering how much pain I was in, I was thinking this has to be it. Surely she will give me the answers I need. I filled out a form online and was contacted that day. I scheduled a consultation and Dr. D informed me of my options after giving her my symptoms. Going in we thought a simple laparoscopy would happen. Upon finding out, via ultra-sound, I had a fibroid, Dr. D performed a myomectomy. She explained the process and recovery and assured me I'd be fine. Just to be frank, my results were pretty bad. Endo on my uterus, ovaries and Fallopian tubes; along with Adenomyosis and my uterus was pretty much destroyed by the Endo. I knew a hysterectomy would end up being my near future after hearing this news. Speaking with Dr. D about best options, I could tell she was pretty sad for me. I could tell she was concerned about how I would take the news. She explained my options and answered my questions. Although I didn't have a "happy" ending, I finally found out why I was in so much pain. Don't wait too late like I did. I honestly think had I found her years ago, my results would be different. Painful periods that keep you in bed and taking tons of medicine is not normal. Go see Dr. D. I honestly think she is one of the best.

The level of care they are showing me today is 7 years too late. ========================== She performed surgeries on me twice. I was told everything went well, both times. However, findings from years later would say otherwise. I have records to back this up. Not to disclose the medical details, but here is a peak: During a scheduled office visit two weeks after the 2nd surgery, I shared with the office staff (maybe a nurse) the specific questions & findings I need to ask her that day after they checked in. I was told Dr. Danilyants will see me shortly after they took my blood pressure + heart rate. Then, 15 minutes later, that same staff/nurse came to tell me Dr.Danilyants CAN'T see me today. No calls or anything from her or her office EVER SINCE. That says a lot, ain't it?

Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was consistently negative and created unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting time. During my second appointment which was on a Friday at 3 p.m., I waited almost 50 minutes to see the doctor, who only spent a few minutes with me. When I went to get my blood drawn afterward, the lab technician told me they were closed -- even though it was only 3:55 p.m. and their hours are until 4 p.m. After I insisted that I needed the bloodwork done, she reluctantly agreed but was very rude about it. At my next appointment, which was also on a Friday at 3 p.m., I needed bloodwork again. This time, I told the tech taking my vitals if I could have my blood drawn before seeing the doctor. She assured me it would be fine to do it after. Once my appointment ended around 3:55 p.m., I went to the lab, where the same technician and her colleague refused to take my blood and said I could go to the hospital tomorrow to get it done. My husband had to step in and remind them that we both took off work for this appointment before they finally agreed to do it. Around my 25th week appointment, I mentioned to the covering doctor that I was experiencing pelvic pain and difficulty walking. Her response was, "It's only going to get worse, that's pregnancy." When I brought up that I had read about physical therapy, massage, or acupuncture helping, she agreed those were options but told me to "Google it" when I asked for recommendations. The lack of support and empathy was disappointing. Later in my pregnancy, the practice announced they were moving deliveries from Shady Grove to Holy Cross Silver Spring. I looked up reviews for the Silver Spring hospital and also discussed it with my doula, who shared that she had really negative experiences there. I reached out to the clinic to ask if I could deliver at Holy Cross Germantown instead and was told that was acceptable so I registered at Germantown. At my next appointment, I mentioned in passing to Dr. Prosper that I was registered at Germantown. She responded abruptly and told me I was "not allowed" to deliver there. When I explained my reasoning and mentioned that I had already paid for my doula, she was dismissive and unkind. That conversation was the final straw for me. I had already been uncomfortable with the practice but had to stay because I was so far along and couldn't find another provider. I went on to deliver at Holy Cross Germantown, where I had a wonderful experience with my doula and the hospital staff. Unfortunately, I experienced postpartum complications and scheduled a follow-up with Dr. Prosper. During that appointment, she told me she "couldn't help" and reminded me that I "chose to deliver somewhere else,". I ended up going to the ER for help. About a week later, I received a call saying that Dr. Prosper had canceled my 6-week postpartum appointment because I delivered at Germantown. As a new mom still recovering from complications, this was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I then called the Silver Spring location, where I was met with empathy, professionalism, and understanding. They immediately scheduled me for my 6-week checkup and assured me that what happened was unacceptable. They also confirmed that they already had all my medical records, meaning Dr. Prosper's lied when she said she couldn't help me and she had no records of my delivery. I would strongly caution anyone considering the Rockville location to think twice. No patient should have to experience the level of disrespect and lack of care that I did during such an important time.

The staff at McDonald's has better manners than that girl. The providers are kind and I see lots of bad reviews from people who probably don't have a good understanding of the medical field and what is standard practice. I am a provider myself and the providers at this practice are using evidence based protocols and following all safety guidelines. However if the practice manager is reading this I'm begging you to get new front desk staff, the girl there now is so mean, she would do better in a non patient facing role.

After the exam, we met in her office and discussed my appointment further.
