I…read morewas extremely disappointed when a 14 inch evergreen arrangement arrived with small red carnations on the front, and only 4 carnations on the back. The front has 3 shiny bulbs and 4 small ribbons, a bow on top and the back has none. In fact, no decorations except for the 4 flowers were in the back. There is no plastic insert in the container so water is leaking out of the container all over my table. On top of that, I called OWSVIUR Flowers after delivery and after stating that I did not get what I ordered, they hung up on me. I called right back, thinking we accidently got disconnected, and got an answering machine with a voice message in Spanish. This was an order through Teleflora, (which even though it is stated they can provide substitutions), I feel that if I order a boxwood tree, I expect a boxwood tree, not an evergreen arrangement. Substitutions to me would be the color or type of flowers and the decorations applied to the tree. There were evergreen arrangements I could have chosen, but I wanted a boxwood tree. Aside from that, OWSVIUR Flowers was not very professional and made a very skimpy and unskilled arrangement. I would not recommend them. In the end, Teleflora did offer to replace the boxwood arrangement and they will not be using OWSVIUR Flowers for that replacement.

This business will take your money and give you a cheap version. One side didn't ever have flowers on it. My elderly parents would never complain but I contacted them and obviously if this florist wouldn't give them the arrangement I paid a lot for, I asked for compensation. I don't need the money but it's wrong to charge for what they did and sub cheaper flowers, less of them then the picture you are basing your order on and and then be met with a hostile response. That hostility speaks volumes of their lack of professionalism. Customer service - F, professionalism- F, product quality matching picture of what I purchased- F.
