Have you pay more than once for the same services, not update your case to purposely extend it - generating more revenue for them. I had a disappointing experience working with Attorney Diaz. At her request, I spent time securing terms for her professional liability insurance. Unfortunately, she was often unresponsive, which made it difficult to move forward. She scheduled a conference call with me but did not attend, provide notice or reschedule. Due to the time I spent on numerous calls with Gina, negotiating terms with numerous companies, sending proposals, I issued an invoice, very reasonable amount considering the number of hours I worked, which remains unpaid. I was very much looking forward to getting legal assistance here but I was "helped" by a Customer Service Specialist (M.G.) with the absolute worst attitude. She was apathetic, rude, spoke over me and condescending. I honestly couldn't believe it and almost asked to speak with management because this person's behavior was going to hurt this business. I needed help - not poor treatment. I nearly gave Diaz Case 2 stars but the facility was nice, parking was easy and their hours were extremely accommodating (open late). personally i don't agree with these comments. the legal system is very complicated in this day in age and if you don't understand how a process works, you're going to automatically assume they're not doing the work. i've had multiple cases here and as long as you ask questions and understand that immigration cases are some of the most tedious and long processes, you'll have a great experience! the receptionists are also super nice! read more

My immigration case was supposed to get fixed by two years and it's already two years and I finished paying them and they expect me to do everything. I don't even know if I should get all my money back and I'm still waiting going onto three years without them doing there job. If I had the option to put no stars I would. DO NOT HIRE HER SERVICES. It makes me really mad to listen to the radio and hear this lawyer talk about how other lawyers are trying to rip people off when she is doing exactly the same. When Daca came out I went to see her and she charged me $700 for a service that according to her she charged $1400. I Renew Daca once more with her until I found out about a lawyer who now only charges 100 dollars for filling out the papers. I've renewed several years with him and I have not had any problems. I just opened a business and I was really desperate because I needed a lawyer to read me a contract and when I did not find one I went to see this lady Georgina Diaz. They charged me $ 300 and told me they had to check it. Two weeks later they call me asking for 1,000 more because the "Lawyer" needed to review some books and I do not know what else. Of course I did not pay the 1,000 and kept looking, I found a lawyer, and in one hour he reviewed the contract in front of me and at the end he charged me 150 for his service. In conclusion, This Lawyer fills with pride in saying that she helps the community when the only thing she is looking for is to rip people off. I had to put one star cause there's no choice, but in reality they don't deserve shit!!! Terrible service!!! Do not hire at all!! All they want is your money they do not help you at all!! Every single time we basically gave them all the information. They were never able to find the detained, and after we told them where they were they promised getting them a court date, telling us they would call to let us know which they never did. Then I found out about the court date on my own and one day before the court date I asked if they had any updates and they did not know at all. Then on the actual court day they don't even show up to represent the client. On top of all this they had told us the balance had to be paid up in order for them to show up to court, so we paid up, for them not to even show up to court!!! Son unos pinches rateros!! read more

A lot of the time you'll find people who call you only to remind you of a court date and don't inform you exactly on what's going on in your case. The worst law firm ever. I have to stay hidden and anonymous because I am a 'client' from them and i am gone now!!! I am so dissatisfied. they take your money, lie, and don't do the job. they keep blaming immigration office for the delay but when you ask them for proof of work they have nothing. they need to be reported because they have a staff member pretending to be a laywer!!!! His name is Humberto. when you ask where he is, they say he is gone, but he is actually studying for a bar he keeps failing because he is always gone around that time. if you go to their website they do not put his full name because you cannot find him online on any lawyer website. they also have horrible staff who never know an answer or reply back every time we call. if you search them anywhere, they have bad reviews everywhere. they keep having so many new attorneys come in and out. my family filed the same time with my aunts and uncles from another law firm and their case is done, when we went to our interview, we paid $250 for an interpreter and they did not have one ready for us. they took our money. i do not recommend it at all. I am completely disappointed with this firm, from the receptionist to the attorney Janice Kim. My case was the most simplest divorce that could've been done in less than 3 months and was dragged on for 7months. No kids, no properties together, just wanted a divorce and that's it. I filed Nov 2014, I paid $1,000 as an initial payment, after the payment I heard nothing from them, I left messages with the attorneys assistant Cesar, I never knew who my attorney was, never got a call back from the attorney nor the assistant. Do not waste your time with them specially the Archer location. I will never recommend this place. Til this day I'm still waiting on my divorce transcripts, which were sent, according to Karina the attorney Janice Kim's assistant she mailed on Monday Sept 21st 2015 by certified mail. Oh and I am not able to go pick up my documents cause they need to be mailed so that I can sign off on them as received, does that make sense??? NO! read more
