Mr Myers left me a voicemail saying just go ahead and leave the review. He missed the whole point of how rude Mary was. What I got was Filled out the info request on their website. Took a week before they even acknowledged they received it. They send email for me to log in to automated system to schedule my appointment. Week later I have phone call. Mary starts by asking my address. Then she says "so this was work on this house?" I say no it's rental property. She says "Oh what's that address?" I said didn't you get the info I sent through the website? She tells me it doesn't come to her email. Which is fine except she's making the calls from the info. I start to say that doesn't make sense but she tries to talk over the top of me, very rude. The phone number on website goes directly to her.
