Well, that was 4 days ago, and I haven't heard anything back. I understand that landscapers this time of year are extremely busy, but it doesn't cost anything to follow up and tell a potential customer you need extra time vs. ignoring them and making them wonder if you want their business. As much as I liked him and felt he would do a good job, I hired someone else because I don't think they run an organized operation.
