Gym equipment is my thing and trainers to boot. Locker room is nice, shower, steam room. Need a snack...they got that too. Comes in handy when you forget your water or workout too hard and need a snack. Front desk crowd is awesome. Glad we landed here.

The team of Director of Coaches at South Regency Tennis and Fitness Center has been excellent. The environment is super clean and professional. Our weekly tennis coach is Tom Schroeder with over 23 years of tennis experience with coaching certifications. He makes our weekly tennis clinics fun and challenging. We look forward to tennis class because of the team of coaches that are patient but most of all passionate in teaching their students. The coaches are super flexible with their hours and schedules to accommodate people who work full time. Not only do they offer clinics but they also provide multiple services such as stringing your tennis rackets or the ability to practice with a potential new tennis racket to see if the racket is the right fit for your next game. They also have great state of the art fitness facility that can fit right into your schedule. I highly recommend this place for a family membership and lessons of all ages. I've been going the entire time I've been a student at UD, almost 2 years now…read more I mostly use the weight room, track, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, and spa but they have much more including racquetball courts, indoor/sand volleyball courts, indoor/outdoor soccer fields, pool, instructional classes, even recreational and competitive intramural sports. You must be a UD student/staff in order to buy a pass or you can be affiliated with student/staff for a slightly more expensive pass. But all around great gym. Does get a bit crowded around certain times but I've never had a problem in the morning.

I'm a very frustrated parent…read more We've been coming to this gym for years, and it's been my son's favorite place to play basketball and see his friends. Recently, the club manager scheduled a meeting to discuss his behavior. During that meeting, several serious allegations were presented, only for me to later learn that my son was not even present for some of the incidents referenced. Despite this, he was suspended. When I followed up to contest the decision, it was acknowledged that he was not involved in some of the allegations. However, there was no apology or correction, and the suspension was still upheld based on an incident that occurred approximately six weeks ago. I'm sharing this because I would encourage other parents in similar situations to ask questions and seek additional context, as it felt like my son's perspective was not fully considered. My concern is not with accountability, but with fairness, accuracy, and how the process was handled. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing for our family.
