From the moment I reached out to him, Tony (and, later, his associate Rachael DiPietro) made the homeselling process incredibly smooth, keeping me in the loop at each step of the way, instantly responding to every question I had, and making sure to look out for our family's best interests. After a couple phone calls, I met him in person when I flew in to Vegas to move some things out of the home, and he checked every box, just a genuinely smart, knowledgable person. He went above and beyond at every step, hiring the contractors to clean the home, handle landscaping, and photograph it for sale. He literally got on his hands and knees with a bottle of Goo Gone to remove a bunch of carpet tape marks left in the kitchen! Who does that?? As for the sale, we ended up with multiple bids right away and it closed above asking. Except for one notary signing, everything was handled remotely and digitally, which was exactly what we needed at this difficult time. I don't know how it could have gone any smoother.
