It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. We also paid an extra deposit for the keys and garage opener. I even showed them the receipt as proof of payment, but they claimed the payment was for something else and refused to return the money. They literally slapped lipstick on a pig not addressing and fixing some of the already underlying issues with a place that's been vacant and wrecked for some time. Communication is horrendous with this place. The person is incapable of picking of the telephone and calling you with some important/critical news/updates/issues but would rather communicate in an email and be quick to say "I sent an email out on _____" as a means to try and say she attempted and tried her best to get a hold of someone. To make matters worse, when you DO speak with her you feel belittled and spoken to in a condescending tone. NEWS FLASH: You're in the business of customer service, there is a level of respect, consideration, and professionalism you have to uphold. Never have we met someone immune to picking up a telephone to communicate with their tenets and unprofessional (in our eyes). We spent the first THREE months without a water heater in the dead of winter and were flooded with different technicians coming to "evaluate" the issue forcing us to take cold showers. It wasn't until we put pressure on the PM where she actually took some type of real action to get this resolved. Upon moving out we were overcharged for some issues (like a leaky irrigation system) for a home that IS NOT ours, AND that has had a KNOWN issue. This company is terrible and nickel and dimes consumers. (WHO CHARGES TO CLEAN STAINS FROM A GARAGE?! -- it's a garage that is outside and had dirt/grime already there!!!). Never have we dealt with such issues as we have while being here and with this PM. Steer clear and just keep scrolling if you see any properties listed by this business because the headaches you'll deal with during and after is not worth it. If you don't heed the warning of these reviews-- make sure you TAKE YOUR TIME and document EVERYTHING without the PM accompanying you in your walk through, did I mention SHE IS RIGHT THERE WITH YOU where you feel as though you can't take your time privately to inspect AFTER you've signed the lease and got keys, because trust me you'll get hit with "repairs" that you weren't even responsible for.
