Called this company and when he arrived he refused to try to make it up the plowed snow packed driveway (mind you my little enclave with AWD made it fine and I told him that is what I drove long before he came out so he shouldn't have been surprised). He called and said he wasn't going to chance going up the driveway (even though the driveway is plowed) as it would affect his business. Selfish. Terrible service. Highly do not recommend this company and use at your own risk as they are unreliable and don't really care but about themselves!

I called them because I had a leak for a long time in my outside faucet. They were prompt in their…read morecommunication and were able to address the issue. Kyler was awesome, timely and honest. Essentially, the faucet on my home is old and it didn't even require any actually work. He tightened what needed to be tightened and showed me in my basement where the shut off value is to prevent any further leaking. He advised that he wouldn't charge me anything since he didn't really "do anything" but I still paid him. Time is money and it's the holidays. His honesty and reassurance of the issue and his care of showing me how to do something myself was worth writing a check. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services when needed.
