Very rude and poor customer service. Stayed in a friend's trailer while visiting family in Kansas. Called and made arrangements for pumping of black and grey water tank paid for the service. Checked tanks after them coming and pumping and the tanks were still full. Paid them again to come out and they only pumped out the front galley grey tank. Charged us again for the service that was still not performed. Called again to let them know it still was not pumped. Women said that we were calling to much and needed to stop calling. Lady argued that they have been pumping for 20 years that they knew what they are doing and it was pumped. She also said that it was our fault that it was not pumped correctly since we were not there at the time of pumping. She also tried to state it was clogged and the gauges were incorrect. We also had to pay out to someone else to check for a clog that did not exist and find out that it had not been pumped. Lady was very unprofessional and unbelievably rude. Had to send pictures of all the valves to be pumped. Lady still argued....then proceeded to charge us for a 3rd time of coming out. So they made 3xs the amount for 1 service that should have been done right the first time. I do not recommend using A1 for any trailer pumping. We have owned trailers for 20+ years and have never had an issue like this before with any other company. So sad that business's treat customers with such disrespect and lining their pockets. read more
