I can't talk about other Dick Smith stores but this one in particular is pretty stellar. The staff have always been incredibly helpful in every situation. Wether I've been after computer accessories, batteries, cameras, or even a TV remote they've always helped me out in a quick and efficient manner. It's quite a large store, and everything is set up in a clean manner. All the computers are set up and avaliable for you to try them out, and they never seem to have any problems with you trying everything out and not buying anything.
