I agree with Chloe R and lambast the print and copy section. A very Cavalier attitude I thought when they got one on my manuscripts stuck in the thermal binding machine. Care factor: zero. Resolution: go away and print it again at my own expense. I use ride share and pay both ways and have my driver wait. I complained on the website - action: nil. Lift your game Officeworks. read more

Excellent shop .. I visit all the time .. convenient and staff always great .. and the location is so good
Not happy Jan...sorry Officeworks... I have given the Print & Copy section here a couple of goes to impress me and be "super" but damn, there is not much "super" going on here. Exhibit A - Wednesday 2pm Me: Hi, can you please print these 2 posters for me? Print & Copy: Sorry your USB doesn't work here. Has it been in a Mac? Me: Yes Print & Copy: Oh well that's why. Me: Is there something you can do about it? Print & Copy: No. Go and have a chat to that person over there. They might be able to answer your question. To no avail... Exhibit B - Saturday 11am Me: Hi, can you please laminate these 4 A4 pages and 2 A3 pages for me? Print & Copy: Yep sure, that will be 30 minutes Me: Huh? Don't you have special industrial machines for that? Exhibit C - Saturday 3:30pm Me: Hi, can you please print 200 postcards for me (ie. 50 A4 pages)? Print & Copy: Yep sure, that will be ready tomorrow (Sunday at 3pm) Me: That's 6 hours (ie.10 mins per page to be printed) Yes I gave them 3 strikes but they are now very much out. Arguably I had one very nice service experience when I was looking for labels here and I had a guy lead me to the labels specifically to help me out. But to be honest the staff are normally few and far between, being such a small team in such a "superstore." I do expect more from a giant such as Officeworks that dominates the print and copy and stationary market but may have to get my stationary fix elsewhere... read more

Most Officeworks stores are open longer hours and this one definitely has some of the best opening hours of any store like it. It makes it easy to still go there before or after work, which I have had to do so many times. Plus when I worked longer than normal hours it was so excellent being able to get stuff done here later. Wait times if you go outside of normal hours are very minimal as well in most cases. This Officeworks store would have to be one of the largest, although they are all quite big. I used their binding services on an annual basis and they always did a great job with anything I took in. Their staff are also very knowledgable on the their products. This store is in the perfect location being so near to the city but not right in the city and having plenty of parking (although some days it can get rather busy in here). They do have a great online facility which I use for lookup and research purposes but prefer to actually visit the store to then purchase the items. But you can order online as well. I only did this once with something that was a very hard to find item not stocked in stores anymore. They delivered the item within a couple of days and it was exactly what I needed. read more

I shop at this Office Works because its walking distance from work but I will be looking for another office shop nearby because of the low stock and terrible customer service experienced. Customer service at checkout particularly bad, bitter, snappy and never a smile. No one looks happy to be working there. The same level of customer service applies to the printing/copying section. I feel like they don't want to serve anyone and its such a chore. Stock levels are low so trying to find a couple document holders in a nice colour was a struggle. Printing quality is bad. Printers at work did a much better job. read more

Apparently there are other Officeworks but I wouldn't know for this is all I see. It's the superstore of Officeworks. I used to buy my school supplies (most the time) from here instead of via my high school. I don't really know why I did this, I guess it was because I figured out it was a cheaper option. As I recall, desks are also purchased cheap and with vast selections on display. Anyway this store is large and has a pretty helpful team of assistants to help you out. Especially in the photo development department. Predominately this is a hub for all your stationary needs, however it also remains great for the larger things in life such as high-tech gadgets. In here find calculators (Think: Casio), printers (Think: Brother), computers (Think: Samsung, Tibisha, Hp, Compaq , Asus and Emachines) , and then also cameras. This store has it all in stock. Usually. It's a good one of its kind! For me it's Anzac Highway or it's no way. Office works also do the lowest price or "we will beat it by 5%". Noted. read more

My partner and I have been to Officeworks Keswick a few times now for their printing services and we are always impressed. The extended trading hours are a bonus. The quality of prints are always satisfactory and at a reasonable price when compared to other places we were quoted for. Be sure to call up ahead of time to beat the cues, it can get busy during the uni term when students have assignments to print. read more
