I first called Ro on Fri & he said he'll be out Monday for quote. I mentioned it was starting to get long so could he just cut same day and he said he would Wednesday. He never came by end of day Monday so I called him. He apologized and said he would definitely be there Tuesday. Well still no response so I assume further efforts are futile. It's best to not accept a new client if you cannot, totally acceptable to me. But don't waste my time & efforts when I could have had someone else hired and my lawn serviced by now.

He texted me back within 10 minutes and was at my house within 2 hrs and was so nice and reasonable. He didn't price gouge me, gave me the price up front and took the time to walk my entire property to ensure he knew where all my sprinkler heads were that might pose a lawnmower issue. He also edged everything nicely and made sure all excess grass was blown off of the driveway and off the street. Thanks again!! We will definitely use Ro again if we need him in the future!
