If you go to their Facebook page there is a whole list of reasons (including a shady manger??) why this happened but it's been over 7 months and I haven't seen any resolution. I left my honest feedback on Facebook and have since been blocked. I was stunned to see that despite the "damage control" they are taking months to go through, they are continuously posting sales for new pre orders etc. I can only imagine how many others have had negative experiences only to be blocked from their page. Went to the back to school block party and Nate had given out over 70 tablets to anyone to help them with going back to school. I highly suggest this place. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I was scammed after paying them $200 they "forgot" to do the entire repair leading the the screen failing 10 days later. The screen costs them$45 in an hour they make $150 in labor and can't bother to offer me any discount or solution after they are at fault. Absolutely worst phone repair experience ever.
