I tried to call and got the voicemail but shortly after received a text from the AI bot. They texted me to gather information about my problem. I received a quote on the issue within 30 minutes of chatting with the bot along with multiple options to speed up the process. I felt like the price was extremely fair after recovering a $900 quote from Apple just prior. However, due to personal financials had to wait a couple weeks. I went back a couple weeks later and reached out through the number and was able to get the part ordered and I was kept up to date the whole time.
