Received my TITLE in approximately 7 days. So many other complaints of not making repairs, not ordering parts or correct parts, not returning phone calls, forever saying that.... person is unavailable. The list goes on and on... Beware, they come on nice, helpful, promise you the world but watch out they change their attitude overnight. ​ I know of one other person that the company held up their TITLE - I'd love to know if this is a regular event? They also stole the black faucet from my trailer and replaced it with a leaking broken chrome faucet which they didn't even install properly. Their service department is as crooked as they come. Here are pictures of the black faucet I dropped it off with that they stole and a picture of the one broken leaking chrome one they fraudulently installed. UPDATE: Rob the general manager agreed to give me the black faucet only if I agreed to take down this review. We had mechanical problems truck surging and black smoke coming out of stack Tuesday morning about…read more9am in Gulfport Ms Area googled truck repair Gulfport, Southern truck and trailer came up on our search, the Service tech made us feel comfortable with his conversation we didn't know it's the owner Lance a professional con man we made it to the shop they hooked the computer up and diagnosed truck had codes they cleared them made no repairs we where there 1 hour and a half they did change the fuel filter charged $532.00 Took the truck on the road Tess Lance the owner knew it wasn't going for because he knew he didn't fix anything wrong it back they put the computer on again the same codes they cleared came back so he charged us for two computer diagnostics $95 each within one hour then he told us what he already knew the first time EGR valve was bad this is when it really gets ugly not only did they take the off EGR valve, turbo other components in their area it took them 2 1/2 days to complete a five hour job we didn't leave repair shop until Thursday about 7:00 PM when the invoice came the first one was $532.00 second invoice was $2,909.00 they tinkered around today's on that truck prolonging the job to increase the final numbers on the invoice, it also gave us a chance to observe the shop in two days they had three customers that's a sign of a failing business, beware stay away from this repair shop, the owner is a con man he will rip you off

GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE A 0 IS NOT ALLOWED! I scheduled an…read moreappointment with the Store Manager Mike on Sunday 9/7 as i was having my vehicle towed to their location for a diagnostic. He was extremely helpful and got me scheduled for Wednesday 9/10 and he went as far as telling me that I wasn't required to be present when the car arrived and they would get the car checked out and a follow up call would be made to give me an update on their findings. Well, the tow truck was a little delayed this morning and when I called Firestone to inform them that the driver was headed their way with the vehicle I was told by Chris who I later found out was the service manager that I would need to be present to sign the car in. I explained to him that Mike, STORE MANAGER told me that this was not necessary as I reiterate that I am a current customer. I told him that I was heading to work which is about 30 minutes from my home and he said I'm sorry you will need to be here. Once I got off the road I placed a second call to Firestone to speak with Mike and was told that he is off until Friday. As the frustration set in, I began to again repeat the conversation to Chris and he then says that Mike doesn't always give accurate information and goes on to say that he "Chris" does things the right way and he runs a tight ship and an autograph must be received before any car enters his shop. As someone who works in Human Resources, I found Chris's comments about his store manager to be completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and unprofessional. To speak poorly of a manager in front of a customer is not only inappropriate, but it also reflects extremely poorly on your company! I ultimately chose to take my vehicle to Goodyear, where the experience was handled very differently. They registered my vehicle over the phone, without requiring my physical presence, and provided a smooth and professional customer service experience!
