Eddie Seals Misdiagnosed not once, not twice, but three times but that's ok they were nice enough and did offer to continue to charge me each time they attempted to fix something that should have been fixed correctly the first time. Thankfully I had enough sense NOT to waste $1100.00 by allowing Eddie Seals to repair the crankshaft oil seal on one of my vehicles (another misdiagnosis). This shop is nothing but part changers, basically keep coming back until it works.

Not including the tire I got the oil pan from the same place that you could get it from and had it installed and it came with a warranty as well and it was $400 cheaper than you quoted and no it wasn't done in someone's yard either. You price markup's are ridiculous. Yes I still needed a tire which I was able to get a new tire and still came in $200 cheaper than you quoted me just for the oil pan alone. I don't know why you mark everything up so much and I'm sure you're not the only ones doing so. I could say a number of other things but it wouldn't change anything so I won't.

Coming from the west coast, due to my wife taking a job in bay st.louis, I have virtually nothing but horror stories of mechanics in the area I lived. I took a chance, not knowing any references to a good mechanic, when my truck tried to drive itself independently of the steering input. Mark took me right in, called me back in a timely manner, and talked straight and accurately to me. Then offered the repair estimate, which was fair and competitive. I can't say enough to show my appreciation for coming 2500 miles, to find a mechanic that lives up to the term. As a former mechanic myself, I know of which I speak, Mark and Jennifer are the real, honest, straight shooting and fair establishment, and my abused and used 21 yr old truck was restored to me, and drives better than it has since I bought it with .8 miles on the odo. Last Sunday she had major problems and most auto repair shops are closed Sunday. Being the great dad I am I stepped up to help her out . Found BC mechanics Mobile repair And had her get in touch with them . Turned out the alternator needed replacing . They sent out Josh the owner and his buddy to get it fixed . Long job because of the strange place the alternator is located at. They stayed until after dark to put it in . My daughter drove it home but was still giving her issues . Josh came over the next afternoon and found out the battery was also fried . Good job to BC FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND . Cars running great! However, when my car was ready, the alignment wasnt right, so they put it on the rack and fixed that! After paying, i drove halfway home and the balance or something was off because the steering started shaking as if I were going over small boulders or speed humps in the road. When I called, they said to bring it in and they would fix it "first thing "! So, review pending; UPDATED: PERFECT! The tire had slung a weight!
