At P&R, a very friendly and knowledgeable associate sits down with you and talks through what you're looking for, the application, and what you're using now. Turns out, I was wearing shoes that were too small and could definitely go up in sole padding. My guy watched my run and immediately noticed ways that my stride and gait could be helped. I pronate. Pretty badly. I came away with a brand of shoes I wouldn't have even considered if I hadn't been encouraged to try multiple pairs with running trials outside. I call and speak with a lady, I asked if I would be notivied when my order was ready and her response was "Oh no we don't, you just have to call and check". One shirt the vinyl started peeling off after one wash, they did replace that. Husband asked if they would be able to embroider a bucket hat, a man told him yes.
