The store provides a consistent experience in always being beautifully stocked and organized. I only have 3 handbags from the outlet and one is my main purse, used for years. It gets as many compliments today as it did when I bought it. Some styles are seasonal but most are classic. The store offers jewelry, purse accessories, and a small amount of clothing. Today I spotted shoes! Loved them but spending $200 for the pair wasn't in my budget. The staff are available as needed. The store isn't large so help is easy to find and checkout is quick. This is a great spot for gifts, even a smaller accessory or wallet - a splurge that someone may not spend on themselves. read more

This was a smaller size Kate Spade store, but it had such nice appearance with bright lights and colorful artifacts. The store was full of the popular products like purses, bags, wallets, accessories but limited inventory of jewelry and apparel. There was sale up to 70% on items, with an additional 20% on selected items. The store has multiple associates. They were all friendly and proactively helping customers. read more

10/2/25-Walked into an empty store behind a group of patrons. No one greeted any of us. The employees were all talking amongst each other, once we all walked in. Radio silence. Not somewhere I feel warm, welcome or ready to spend my money. Ended up going 3 shops down and purchased something from Tory Burch, where the sales associates can greet patrons and be helpful! read more

My first time in the store it was pretty dead. Lots of very pretty and trendy styles for spring and summer. Great discounts off full retail as well. However the girls working the register on 5/14 seemed less than enthusiastic to be there. No friendly "did you find everything you need?" Just "you ready?" Like I was inconveniencing her. read more

This outlet mall store is located in Simpsonville, which is about halfway between Louisville and Lexington. Even though I'm not a shopaholic nor do I buy accessories often, but when I do, I prefer the Kate Spade brand. I really wanted a phone case but they only had cases for iphone7... not one single offer for any other sizes. The other thing that I don't like is that there is only a 30 day return policy. Granted that I used my last purse for quite some time, the handle fell apart. My excuse for spending a little more than usual is that the quality of the product is premium, but not my last one. The annoying thing about that is that they still have the same purse in stock, in two versions. One version, the one like mine, with thin handles was in the clearance section. The other version made thick handles which were likely to not wind up with the handle malfunction that I had. The staff is always helpful and they ask you who helped you when you check out at the register. So, they must work on commission or bonuses of some sort... which always calls for attentive staff. read more

I adore Kate Spade merchandise. So, of course I adore Kate Spade at a hefty discount even more! I have enjoyed each of my three visits to this outlet store. The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Sometimes pricing can be tricky with their sales. The only complaint I have about this location is that the store is on the small side, so on the busier days it tends to get crowded and I feel like I am always in someone's way. This seems like a small concession to make for quality merchandise, affordable prices and good service. read more

At the beginning of the year I bought a pair of their sunglasses here. My glasses had been stepped on and that caused one of the arms to bend and the glasses no longer sat right when I wore them. I went into the store not really expecting them to be able to do much since I didn't have the receipt and I bought them months ago on sale, but I was pleasantly surprised. I showed one of the girls what was wrong and she immediately lead me over to where the sunglasses were displayed. I was then told to pick a new pair out that I wanted to replace the broken ones. Sadly, they no longer carried the exact pair (because it had been so long), so I picked out a similar pair and went back up to the check out counter. She started ringing me up, and I was under the impression that I would at least have to pay a discounted price to get these brand new glasses. But I was wrong, she rang me up and then put in a code to make the glasses free. All I had to do was give her my old pair (which I wouldn't have worn anyways) and sign the screen saying I got a new pair--and just like that I walked out with brand new $200 glasses, no questions asked! LOVE this store and their associates, will definitely be back soon! read more
