But if it goes down, they wont change their sticker price and are unwilling to accommodate. They would rather (maybe eventually) scam their own customers.

I do see how people say UFO, looking like it's out of 'Flight of the Navigator' and all. When you finally pull in and park you are immediately greeted with toys. Out front of the store they have a few outdoor games set up for use. This theme continues inside and you find out why once you enter. Upon entry to the store you are told by the employees (mostly high schoolers or college kids) that you are welcomed to play with anything that is already opened. There are a lot of things opened, so you could honestly spend your whole day here discovering the toys. I was under the assumption when I arrived here that this place held old school or vintage toys. That is my fault, I thought that this was a throwback store, but by visiting here I now know differently. There are toys in here that are nostalgia inducing, but a lot of what you see is cutting edge and up to date toys. Every single type of toy you can imagine is available. Puzzles, boardgames, sports equipment and much more can be found in here. The service was friendly and so helpful. All of the staff went out of their way to show off the toys and give suggestions on what would work best for my kids. The value here is also great. The kids managed to twist my arm and after I said they could get just one toy, they managed to convince me to get a bunch for each of them. Am I a complete pushover parent? You better believe it! Overall, this is a place you must visit if you're in this part of Pennsylvania with kids. It was a major highlight of our road trip.

Once again I had to call on the expertise of Nellcom Technologies whom I have been using for the…read morepast 3 1/2 yrs to keep my very old MacBook Pros going. Two months ago my 2009- MacBook pro kept getting a virus warning message from my FireFox browser, I couldn't get onto the web or even onto my desktop, just a lot of wonky behavior. Not knowing the 14 yr old laptop could be saved I made the smart call to Nellcom. After a week Justin, Senior CTO delivered the bad news that the MacBook has a lot of issues because of its age, one being the hard drive was badly damaged, and the OS can't be upgraded anymore. After much brain storming and hoping I could at least get the laptop into next year where I would be in a better position to purchase a newer refurbished mac, Justin said we could put in a newer but used SSD, then reload my OS back onto the Mac. He wasn't sure it would work but he thought it was worth the try. It took another full week and 3 technicians to work hours on this very old Mac which is virtually running on its last megabits. Justin called to explained in detail what was done, ending with the original mirrored OS copied from my old Mac was also damaged, so they had to find a copy of Snow Leopard to download onto the used SSD then upgraded it to El Capitan. It's working just fine now minus any future security updates because its old, they were also able to save my desk top information, photos and word docs which was another plus. Nellcom Techs are trained and certified by Apple to work on all Apple products using Apple genuine parts after your Apple warranty has expired. So if you own an Apple computer/laptop rather than driving all the way to Ross Twp, you seriously need to talk to Nellcom. Their prices are extremely competitive, they are honest, and their customer service/dedication to help their customers will keep you going back. Cons: When I picked up my computer, the sales representative told me the price, which was higher than the location had advised few times previously. (Including the quoted price which "included tax" when calling to inform me the computer was ready to be picked up.) There was no initial explanation for the price increase. When I questioned the price, it was brought down to a lower price, remaining higher than quoted. Still without an actual explanation, only that the 3-4 times previously I had been quoted on the wrong hard drive. It was not until I called the owner that I received an explanation and he said he could refund the difference. (Which should have been handled previously.) This said, I felt inclined to do additional research to find out I could have gotten the same drive for 1/2 the discounted price. In reality, this is beyond a concern with a few dollars. This is simply not the way I am comfortable doing business. In addition, I had been told by the technician that I could receive a printout of the specific computer issues needing repaired. (Specific virus info, malware info, etc.) Unfortunately, he continued to repair the system and did not advise me he was unable to provide such documentation until I picked up my computer. When I called the owner and asked about this, he asked for my email address and stated he would email some information so I could better understand what had happened to the computer. I have not received this follow up, either. Recommendation: Based on this experience, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

All American Cards and Comics in Boardman is a fantastic extension of the Warren location--think of it less as a carbon copy and more like Warren's little brother with its own distinct charm. Housed in a convenient strip mall, it's a bit more compact, but that actually works in its favor. The layout is streamlined, clean, and incredibly well-organized, making it easy to browse whether you're hunting for back issues, the latest comics, Magic: The Gathering singles, or gaming supplies. While it may not have the same size as the Warren location, this shop holds its own with a focused selection and top-notch customer service. Every major purchase I've made from owner Greg Bartholomew has come from this very store, and the quality has always been outstanding. Most recently, I picked up a pristine copy of All-Star Comics featuring the first appearance of Power Girl. One major highlight is the adjacent gaming annex. Instead of cramming tables into the retail space, they've dedicated a separate area next door for gaming. This keeps the main store open, easy to navigate, and free of clutter--perfect for collectors and casual browsers alike.
