The…read moreonly thing "professional" a/b this company is the fact that they are professional cons & scam artists who prey on innocent ppl who need their appliances fixed. Recently we were having problems w/ our fridge/freezer not staying cold properly & the fan was making a loud noise. We called this company to come out & fix it. Unfortunately we didn't do our research or read any existing reviews. In hindsight had we researched or googled the owners name we wouldn't have let these ppl step one foot inside of our house. The two men that came were not only completely unprofessional but they had no clue what they were doing & didn't have the slightest clue where the control panel was located. They were asking me like I should know & even wanted me to contact my husband in hopes that he would know. After much debate & a lot of poking around in the freezer they did find it. After an hr of not really doing anything much they decided that they would put a new fan blade in & were adamant in telling me that if that didn't fix the problem that they would have to return & replace the control board which is a $200+ part. They made sure to inform me that if we didn't want to pay such a high price to fix our fridge that they sell them at their store & that would probably be the better solution. A few days later & our fridge/freezer only got a lot worse. My husband & I decided to call another company to get a second opinion & were absolutely shocked & horrified to say the least when the other company opened our appliance to find that the defrost thermostat wires had been intentionally cut. The only ppl that had access to our fridge was martins, my husband, myself & our 3 small children. Needless to say that myself, husband & children would not have done something like that to our own appliance. We were so upset when we found this out mainly b/c that could've sparked & started a fire which we could've lost everything including our lives. Not only we found that sabotaged but we also found out that they replaced the fan blade w/ the wrong one which resulted in the air being blown in the opposite direction. Martins ppl knew this b/c they took a part off of the ice compartment & wedged it in front of the fan to make it appear that the air was blowing up the way it should've been. So not only did these ppl maliciously cut wires in our appliance but they also "jerry rigged" it to appear to be working properly. The only conclusion that we could come to was martins did this in an attempt for us to call them back to fix our fridge that they sabotaged or so we would buy a new appliance from their store. My husband made several calls & trips to their store & was told no matter what they don't give refunds whatsoever. Please please ppl if you need someone to service your appliance please contact anyone else but this company. There are good honest ppl & companies out there & martins is definitely not one of them.

When he first started getting rude and making comments, I suggested to him that the advertisements online and on the store should be changed so that the customers know what to expect, so there wouldn't be hard feelings and he wouldnt have to get disrespectful to the customer. He said for me not to come back. The laundromat isn't advertised on Google or on the sign on the door to close until 9PM. I've had been coming to this laundry mat several times before. To wash AND dry clothes, last loads to are to arrive by 8PM. He said tonight in a friendly casual conversation that we had before his immature and disrespectful display, only a halfhour before he surprisingly started with the immaturity, that he was going change last load to arrive at 7:30PM, so that he can get to his Canfield Job by 9:20. If the store isnt advertised to close until 9pm, and that is set by the owner, so then that's the customer's expectation, why did he get like a child emotionally unstable and started getting rude, loud, and disrespectful with the customer, and it was 8:55PM? I had my clothes in baskets and out the door by 9PM. He said I left the place a mess which literally was the last dryer door that I left open. I took audio and video recording of the situation, and told him that I was, because to me that was bad business that a grown man acted like that, being disrespectful and loud, showing immaturity and bad character representing any business. It would be one thing if I was keeping him after the established closing time, but I was out by 9PM, the time the store is advertised to be closed to customers. If the real owner who appears to be a mature businessman is on board with this type of bad business with customers, shame on them and hopefully the place gets new ownership or no business. I will speak with the more presentable owner, the one I had met one time before, and show him the recordings, and talk to him about the old guy with the hunchback and ball cap that dresses like a 90s kid. The times that I've talked to the ballcap guy in the past, he acted decent and even friendly, but I'm too Italian to let some guy no matter our past interactions to act disrespectful and loud because of his mental emotional immaturity. When he said it was 9:05pm I looked at my phone and it said that the time was 8:58PM. So his whole emotional instability and argument was not even based on facts and he was messing with his cellphone texting or whatever since 8:45pm so he had to see the real time on his phone the whole time, since he was getting so worked up about closing the store early to get to Canfield at some other job by 9:20pm. Being that he is older than me and acted 25 years younger than me was honestly very disappointing and infuriating.
