Tom is very detailed and thorough in the returns he has prepared for me. After the returns are done, Tom takes time to go over them with me. He helps me to understand how he arrives at all the key numbers. Then he provides me with copies of all relevant supporting calculations and tabulations. In short, Tom manages to make the preparation of tax returns almost intuitive and definitely painless. It is hard to find a good accountant who is honest, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and reliable. Tom is all that and more. So I would unreservedly recommend Thomas Tam to anyone.
