When I called to ask what the final price was they told me $3480. I broke out in tears. The front desk really messed up and did tow repairs, instead of one repair and one estimate to be done in a month. They gas-lighted me making me think it was me, when the front desk girl was so sure I agreed. I called multiple times to get a final bid around $1600; the guy doing the estimates I know remembers I was expecting to pay around $1600. She put me on hold, then came back and pretty much told me I was wrong. SO LET ME SAY THIS: Do they honestly believe that I did not know how much money I had in my account? I just paid it and will never return to them - ever. There is zero trust now. They earned it.
