After waiting 2.5 hours in my work day for the '1 hour' oil change, I came back again and waited another hour for this 'quick fix' as no one was there or answering the call for assistance in their system. I asked a Walmart associate to send someone to auto to help me and this did not seem to help things. I asked another associate who walked back with me to get someone, and then they came out to fix this for me. They told me how to fix this if it happens again, but did not mention this was their fault or something I should not have to do after paying $90 for an oil change. This was disappointing. The Walmart itself is fine, I've come in many times and also used their pickup (only had issues once when no one came out and I went in to find and grab my order which was sitting out luckily). Just stay away from their auto center as wait times are FAR longer than they should be!

I've warmed up to the house brand fizzy water and accept that they run on the sweeter side. We also picked up a nice travel neck pillow, as we left one at home. There were 2 neck pillows that were identical, one blue and the other black. For some unknown reason the black one was a couple buck cheaper than the blue one. Not being picky about color, we chose the less expensive black color neck pillow. This location has a nice clean restroom here, with purse hooks on bathroom stall door placed at a reasonable height. Unlike the ones at the Lexington store where they are mounted 6 ft high... a challenge for short girls. There are water fountains by the restrooms. While browsing the store, I was surprised to find the electronics dept selling a flip phone. Do people still buy these? It was a pretty thick phone, too!

At 5:05 PM, I received a text confirming my order, followed immediately by another text saying it had been canceled. When I arrived at the store, I found out the entire order had been canceled without any phone call or advance notice. This left me scrambling at the last minute to find food for a group of people. Completely unacceptable customer service. If there was an issue with my order, someone should have contacted me hours earlier so I had time to make other arrangements. This experience ruined what should have been a stress-free family gathering. I have completely lost confidence in this location and will never order takeout from the Columbus Hy-Vee again.

So a friend recommended Mr. Liebig. Since buying our first quarter in 2013 we've been sold on this company. Mr. Liebig does an outstanding job preparing his beef. If you're willing to make the drive to Columbus then his beef is worth your time. Our friend even turned down a family member who offered to butcher a cow, telling him that they only get their meat from Liebig's in Columbus.

I came in looking for one thing, and walked out with four. I did browse for a specific bread product I'm after-- Walmart has this in stock, but super saver did not. I did notice and appreciate that there are local brands kept in stock at the store! I didn't know super saver did this, so it was a pleasant surprise to see honey from a local Nebraska company on their shelf. I'm sure I will shop here many times in the future, no complaints!
