They explained the fees and made sure any questions were answered. Again explaining everything before proceeding. A week later she broke off a bracket and was scared to go in. They could see her fear and explained what they were going to do and reassured her broken brackets happen. They have an awesome reward program to encourage good oral hygiene. Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Good luck." Luckily, Redlands Family Dental Care was open and accepted emergency walk ins. We were seen within thirty minutes of the accident. They were so friendly and accommodating, even speaking to the endodontist on call who made arrangements to see her first thing in the morning tomorrow. They created a temporary seal until tomorrow's appointment and made sure that my daughter was comfortable the entire time.
