Out of the three sherry bodegas we visited (Fundador, Lustau, and this one), Diez Merito was one of our favorites -- perhaps the best overall because it had good tour, good variety in the tasting, good quality, and good prices.
The tours at all three bodegas were good and were all similar, and this was no exception (very informative, with attractive bodegas and a little interesting bonus that we saw a wedding and reception that had been set up to commence right after the tour!) Of the three, Diez Merito had some of the highest-quality offerings yet was also the least expensive for both tour prices and sherry prices.
At the end of the tour, we got to try several varieties, which was nice (fewer than Lustau, but far more than Fundador): fino, amontillado, oloroso, cream, pedro ximenez
PRO-TIP: If you don't care about having a sealed bottle with the label on it, you can get much lower price by having it poured straight from the cask in their sales room! For example, their cream sherry -- our favorite of the ones we tried, and I'm not normally a fan of cream sherry, but I liked this one -- was 10 euro per bottle... but only 3.75 per liter from tap! (you don't have to bring your own bottle... you can buy a 1 liter or 5 liter bottle right there for less than a euro) read more
