I recently had another pleasure of receiving expert guidance by Sunij Abraham. This time I walked…read morein having a difficult time breathing due to what i believed was an asthma attack. The staff is always nice but the facility itself isnt the best equipped with the latest medical technology. Nevertheless, after a short wait i was soon in the exam room which gave me great peace of mind. Mr Abraham who quickly assessed my breathing, administered treatment with a mix of medication. He said this wasnt a simple asthma attack but closer to bronchitis causing my labored breathing. Throughout my visit, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was receiving the best possible care demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy. After my visit, I felt so much better and so blessed to be able to take a deep breath. However, I truly appreciated his care and concern for my well being a few days later recieving a call from Mr Abraham, asking how i felt, and that he was following up making sure i was taking my medications properly to ensure a full recovery. The first time I arrived all of the sign in tablets were dead and I did not have my phone. The second time she got behind on checking patients in because it seems like she was not strong in the computer systems department. Finally, i made an appoitment and I arrived on time. I was trying to check in with my phone but I was locked out because of a password issue. I asked for a tablet to check in and she said, " Don't worry about it. " Shortly after she talked to someone in the back and told me the clinic was booked even though I had an appointment. In the mean time there were two patients waitng for a while BEFORE I arrived to be checked in. My apointnebt was at 3:20. It is obvious that she does not know how to multitask. Don't go here if you want to be tricked in ways for them to steal your money! as I stated, I told the doctor I only wanted to discuss things due to the annual check-up! I'm glad I recorded this . They weren't able to pull my blood, and I don't even have a full blood report.. because now I. scared to go back, and they try to bill me!
