Scott was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in what he does. He made me feel relaxed right away, even on the phone. I was there dropping my laptop off to him and left it with him, I got a call telling me what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. When I got it back it was running like new. It cost me much less than all these big box stores plus I got a lot of advice which hopefully will save me making the same mistakes. He even had time to check an issue I had with my phone and ipad emails. If you want someone you can trust and explains things simply this is who you call.

I went to them after getting a quote from another local company, only to find out that I didnt need all the work I had been told and only cost me less than half. The service I received was quick and exactly what I was told. When I called I was told there was a diagnostic fee, but when that was completed if I wanted to have the work done, that fee is waived. There were no surprises, no calls saying that now it was this or that wrong. A very up front efficient business. My company have been using this service now and they have our network and all our software running smoothly. Staff love the guy, so positive, always smiling and nothing is a big problem, makes it look like you could do it yourself and always happy to give advice. One of the great things I love about this service is that they listen to what you have to say, no matter how small the issue might be. Highly recommended

This business is the worst for fixing shit they made my old phone have i take a special charger so…read moreI had to pay top dollar for a charger I brought my phone into be fixed that night after I got my phone back my phone would not charge because I needed that special cord so when I went back to the store they offered for me to pay 10 bucks for this cord instead of 20 when the court should have been f****** free to begin with I also should have got my money back for them fixing my phone as it was not properly f****** done I would never ever recommend this place to any of my friends or colleagues this is the worst goddamn cell phone repair business I have ever been to I think they should be shut down cuz clearly they don't think about their customers or care about them or have any clue what they're doing as most of the workers inside that store are minorities there was only one person that was Canadian and he didn't even speak English he only spoke French
