The worst customer Service I ever got!…read more Not only did they break my ipod when I took it in to repair it, I asked them to buy me a new one, they refused but after letting me know , they tried to pawn off a second hand ipod , when I got the second hand ipod they ordered, it didn't have a camera o it like mine did- so i asked that mine still be fixed, after being insulted by another employee that i was lucky that I even was given a chance to have a second hand one, My microphone was broken in the process I went to a cell repair shop in moncton where i got the screen replaced again ( my fault ) they told me my microphone would never work as they destroyed it i was told of another woman going there and being insulted as well - a girl i used to work with told me her mother went through the same thing yes it was a couple of years ago, but I ill never forget how bad my experience was there

My girlfriend helps me out a lot with my files since I'm not a whiz at it or anything. Well, when I had a computer crash, she ook it to digibandit and got it back working again and was really happy about that. But all my work files were gone along with everything else. I asked my girlfriend where my files were and she said that digibandit deleted them but wasn't supposed to and that he acted like he didn't know he wasn't supposed to. My girlfriend made sure to tell him to back up all the document files because they are work files. He said he would. When it got picked up the computer was reformatted with nothing in it. Three years of work files all gone.
