The work was quick, I came in around 5pm and was done right away and I was out in less than 15 minutes for a fairly substantial order (150+ prints, custom cut) and although I am not familiar with printing costs I was not shocked by the price, it seemed fair. It is close to my house so although I don't do a lot of custom printing work I would definitely come back. I have been to some other printing shops around town (looking at you fed ex formerly kinkos) and ASAP is one of the best printers in town.

I special order large quantities sometimes from their sales rep Michelle. She is very friendly and helpful but sometimes it takes her awhile to get back to you. My biggest qualm is the check-out, the set up for checking out isn't very workable if you are buying more than one or two things. I run a whole office and sometimes go up with an entire cart load, the checkers don't really know about things such as warranties or products. They should really train their whole staff. Knocked a star for them not offering to help my pregnant employee out with her entire (large and heavy) purchase.

They refused to print out one single image claiming it was copyrighted. Even after discussing the…read moreissue with an employee and confirming there wasn't any proof whatsoever that the image was copyrighted, they still wouldn't print it because it showed on the reverse Google search. Again, no watermarks, no info in meta data, no copyright whatsoever. I support their policy on not printing copyrighted material, but this was not it. Regardless, I chose to have my order refunded and after my refund was processed I thank them anyway. In turn, I was not offered a "you're welcome", "have a nice day" or anything else. Refusing service is inconvenient, but not worth one star. Unprofessional employees, however, and lack of good service deserve zero stars.

The job turned out to be bigger than he expected and that was communicated before proceeding further, which I very much appreciated. My mom was absolutely thrilled with the results. She told me she'd gotten so used to everything being coated in dust and fur that the whole house seems brighter. She seems brighter too! I hired Michael and his team to clean a family member's home while they were hospitalized. My family was not happy about having strangers come clean their home but I held firm and told them it was a medical and safety concern. Fortunately, my family did a complete 180 after meeting them and seeing the transformation. They decided to hire Michael and his team for regular housecleaning appointments. I am so happy I don't have to worry about this anymore...thank you so much Michael! As a side note on trust and integrity...one of the workers found a $100 bill that fell out of a book and promptly turned it over. We weren't even paying attention when it was found, honesty is everything!

The owner will blame you for customizing services for your needs which she calls "improperly booking services online", despite expensive itemized options are available for the lower cleaning service. Here is why I can't say the house was cleaned to my expectations: Each cleaner worked in her own area but as far as I could tell no one did a run-through at the end to make sure nothing was forgotten. Most of the cabinet faces were washed but not all. The front of the kitchen peninsula was neglected and that is a biggie as it faces the living areas. The window seals and ledges were still dusty. I went around and cleaned what they missed and wasn't even too sad about that. At this point I would've gladly given them 4 stars and maybe even 5. The part that was dumbfounding to us was they didn't clean the freezer section of the fridge. It's a combo fridge andin my other houses I've never had a deep cleaner *not* wipe down the freezer part. When I realized the freezer had been forgotten, I called to let them know and the response came back as texts. She told me we asked for the fridge to be cleaned but didn't mention the freezer. I could pick up the slack on the other things that got overlooked but due to a medical challenge I cannot clean a freezer. At the end she offered (again, via text) to send someone back (for an undisclosed price) but it's been 4 days and I've still heard nothing back. More than anything I'm disappointed because we paid a considerable amount of money and it seems no one from White Lilac cared enough to tie up loose ends. Again, I feel like the ladies did a fine job; the problem is with the way the service is run. Someone should walk through the property at the end to ensure no one forgot anything. And maybe next time someone asks to have their fridge cleaned, you can get the customer to specify about the freezer so you don't run into this problem again. By the way, just to make sure we weren't up in the night, I happened to be in a meeting the next day and all 14 ppl agreed that in their minds, cleaning a fridge that's a combo means cleaning the freezer too. I would recommend this service but with the caveats that the customer needs to be very specific about what they want cleaned and someone needs to be there to make sure everything was cleaned.
