Absolutely do not use Prime! Thought I'd use this local new star-up biz and have totally regretted…read morethe entire process. Great on the front end, but that is where it ends. I needed a product logo, a book cover designed and a logo for a new biz. The product logo was already designed, I just needed it to be digitally formatted. 'Inept' doesn't even cover it! The book cover ..... let's just say I'm having the publishing co design it. As for the biz logo, after Prime submitted 3 options, I sent back 5 of my own for potential design options. Prime's creative ability on a scale from 1 - 10 is a -5. Initial phone contact capabilities = 10. Ability to understand the clients requirements and objectives = 5. Ability to deliver = 0. Follow through = 0. Up to this review, I've requested a receipt 8 times (text, email and phone). I had no problem with a 50% up front payment, however once the first of the 3 projects was completed, I was asked to remit the full balance. ? We had 2 zoom meetings during the design process of the projects, each time the Prime camera was off ... a black screen doesn't allow for design communications to flow very smoothly. If there was a 0 rating, I'd rate Prime as a 0.

Do not use this company they say they can build a website in a short amount of time I paid them in…read morefull in july and they keep telling me that they are putting more people on my job to get it done faster and it's coming along great and here it is middle of November and not they won't even contact me back at all even after several emails and phone calls which now basically just goes straight to recording after one ring paid $1700 I have informed them that I would be contacting my lawyer but they must not care because they haven't even tried to contact me back. Maybe they will contact me back now if they see this and maybe it will save someone else the trouble ZERO STARS

Cody Griffin ghosted me shortly before a critical series of videos to be recorded at a convention…read morein Springfield, Massachusetts. By that time, it was too late to hire another videographer. I initially telephoned Griffin Photography wondering about price and availability for videography--which they advertise on their website. Cody emailed back with a question each day for several days but never gave me the basic price/availability information I had requested. Time was drawing short for me to hire someone, so after answering all his questions, I sent Cody a very polite second request about price and availability. Never heard from him again. If Griffin Photography doesn't want business, why not either close the website OR take a kindergarten lesson in professionalism and explain politely to potential customers that they need to search elsewhere?
