Two points of interest here for my review…read more.. 1. They did a good job of rebuilding/updating my joomla website! 2. Not even a year later when I noticed the 'contact us' function was not working I contacted them to resolve and the told me "Sorry, you are having trouble getting your form submission emails. Please sign up for one of our free training webinars for all our previous clients here or look at our online tutorials...At this time we are not taking on any freelance work". What? you built my website and it was working but now a piece is broken and I'm on my own to try to figure out? So they get two stars for doing a good job initially and I have recommended them to friends and clients but zero stars for leaving me hanging! Can't confidently recommend them to people I know now. If you ONLY need your website updated/refreshed you might consider them but if you want long term service I wouldn't count on it.
