After speaking with Trey (Tray) around Wed/Thur Dec 20th, he assured us he would go measure and get back with a firm estimate. Almost a week passes including Christmas. I called him on Wed the 26th of Dec and asked what happened. He seemed very sorry and didn't' have any answers as to the delay, but PROMISED a detailed quote would be coming that afternoon on the 26th. My husband is in the process of dealing with this company. So far, we are not impressed. They…read morerequire ALL payment up front for a decal on each side of his truck-even before a design has been agreed upon. Their first proof/design was as good as a kindergartner. We suggested changes and all of the sudden, they wanted to charge $250 more dollars. Now we are sketchy of them being greedy, so we ask about their refund policy. We are in the process of getting a refund (hopefully). Will update this review when the issue is resolved. So far, we are NOT impressed.
