Then with me social distancing she was trying to instruct me super FAST how to use print machine . I was rushing to find email and clearly couldn't see what she was doing . Then she RUDLEY said to me "when your ready come get me!" I decided not to talk to her anymore and have manager help me that explained it was because of safety with social distancing that she was being that way . Yet what stuck me as strange is NO-ONE HAD A MASK ON homemade or of any type . Plus lady that helped me had runny nose . So bottom line would be HOW YOU TALK to someone makes a huge difference and if you care about social distancing WEAR A MASK .

I have duplicate and triplicate invoices printed with sequential numbering and called to complain about the legibility of second and third copies. I had 2,000 copies printed (over $500 if I remember correctly) and apparently they printed numbers that we have already used as well as printed illegible numbers. This company is the only company I have ever used so why would they print the same numbers twice? Frustrated by guessing at invoices numbers, I called to ask what could be done. I was informed that they use a third party for numbering and the vendor advised them that this is a common problem and they can't guarantee the numbering won't be smudged. What?? I advise you to keep your $ and find a company with integrity.
