Note: They are in the plaza with Walmart - but they are on the far end of he plaza…read more The first time I used this company was over a year ago and while the print quality on the postcards wasn't up to my clients / nor my standards - they acknowledged it and did the honorable, appropriate thing to make it right. The business cards turned out great though - and it was a less than 24 hour turnaround. I've used them a few times since then - and here's what I've found. The prices are very affordable and the staff is pretty responsive. I can't give them 5 stars because twice now, one of the owners / staff members has gotten snappish & snippy with me about something that I had no way of knowing was not included because to be quite honest - I'm used to it being included when dealing with print kiosks in Office Depot, Staples and even when dealing with actual print shops like Prima Flyers. Once - it was a laminating / mounting issue - and the last time - it was a trimming issue (which - in my defense - I had indicated that they needed to be trimmed in my initial request). When I apologized for assuming that it was included and said I would take care of it myself - that really didn't seem to help. Also - the last two times I've visited the shop - I experienced a little ___. When I came in - one staff member had clearly finished with a transaction - and was just chatting with the client - and another staff member was standing there listening. And I was left to stand there while they finished chatting. And then it happened again - but the last time - it wasn't a customer - it was a guy trying to solicit business. I didn't really mind the chatting - but I felt that it would have been nice, if at least one person would have said, "Excuse me" to the person, then made eye contact with me, and said, "I'll be right with you." Or something to that effect. I'm from a very small town - so I'm just not used to not being greeting or acknowledged when I walk into any place of business - so I'm probably more sensitive to that then someone who's used to life in 'the big city.' Nevertheless - with print quality and prices - I can tolerate occasional snippiness and being ignored for a few minutes. Lol.

Their shop isn't fancy but their customer service is what you would expect from the Ritz. I walked into their shop almost 45 mins after closing and was treated like their most valuable customer. Not only did they tell me to email my business card vector files anytime that night, but also that his wife would make any graphical changes to make it look "amazing on paper". I looked stressed because I work a high stress job- they could care less about my appearance or the money in my pockets or the car I was driving. They cared about me and took a personal interest in my situation. 130lb paper. After closing hours. UV coated. Ready for pick up before they technically open.... You don't find that very often; but when you do, you park your car next to Starbucks and take the time to appreciate those who take pride in their work. If the owners end up reading this, I just want to say thank you for everything. If you are a possible customer- I assure you that MetroGraphics is the best in industry.

At first I was disappointed that I had to pack my return but after their explanation I fully understood! Also they showed me how to return my amazon package so I would not have to pay for packaging in the future. They where very informative and took the time to help me through the transition. I would hands down recommend this store over all others. They even let me use their computer to leave this review.

I have used this company for a few years now and I am currently looking for another printing…read morecompany. I have duplicate and triplicate invoices printed with sequential numbering and called to complain about the legibility of second and third copies. I had 2,000 copies printed (over $500 if I remember correctly) and apparently they printed numbers that we have already used as well as printed illegible numbers. This company is the only company I have ever used so why would they print the same numbers twice? Frustrated by guessing at invoices numbers, I called to ask what could be done. I was informed that they use a third party for numbering and the vendor advised them that this is a common problem and they can't guarantee the numbering won't be smudged. What?? I advise you to keep your $ and find a company with integrity.
