I found a dead roach still sitting in the drain pan, which raised concerns that the cleaning I paid for had not actually been performed. When I contacted the company, instead of addressing my concerns or returning to inspect the work, they became defensive and eventually stopped responding. They have since publicly claimed my property had "health and cleanliness issues," a "roach problem," and even referenced "rat droppings" in my AC system. These statements are completely false. There was no roach infestation, no rat-dropping issue, and I never hired them for pest control services. They also claimed I expected a low-cost AC cleaning to remove all roaches from my home and that I threatened them with a bad review if they didn't. Neither of those things happened. My complaint has always been the same: I paid for an AC cleaning and found evidence that the cleaning had not been completed as represented. Rather than correct the issue, they chose to make inaccurate public statements about me and my property. I encourage potential customers to carefully read both sides, review the photos, and make their own determination

She first accused me of ignoring an emailed invoice I had NEVER received and then had the audacity to tell me that since it showed sent on her end I got the email. Female kept speaking over me and would not allow me to speak to express concerns and when I finally got loud with her to have her listen to my concerns she stated: "are you done yet?!" I informed her she had poor customer services and wanted to speak to the owner regarding her attitude and the way she had addressed me, to which she replied she was co-owner and was too busy to be polite. I called back and asked to speak with Frank ad he was rude and got an attitude when I informed him the female was rude and nasty which was uncalled for. Frank himself got attitude until I informed him that I was going to report their poor customer service and questionable services polices to the BBB. When I went to drop off the check the socially defective female, who stated she was a co-owner, informed the person dropping off the check she had done no wrong and to leave the check and get out before she called the cops. The person dropping off the check heard the entire conversation over the phone since it was all conducted on speakerphone on my end. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE RUDE, THEY ARE LIERS, AND SERVICES REPORTS NEED TO BE CLOSELY REVIEWED BEFORE SIGNED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS
