When I contacted the company, instead of addressing my concerns or returning to inspect the work, they became defensive and eventually stopped responding. They have since publicly claimed my property had "health and cleanliness issues," a "roach problem," and even referenced "rat droppings" in my AC system. These statements are completely false. There was no roach infestation, no rat-dropping issue, and I never hired them for pest control services. They also claimed I expected a low-cost AC cleaning to remove all roaches from my home and that I threatened them with a bad review if they didn't. Neither of those things happened. My complaint has always been the same: I paid for an AC cleaning and found evidence that the cleaning had not been completed as represented. Rather than correct the issue, they chose to make inaccurate public statements about me and my property.
