I found a gem that I purchased because I have another pair of the pants that I love and found another pair in another color. For an outlet I thought it was very, very expensive. Is it really a sale? I am going to list some of the pricing I experienced during my visit to give shoppers an idea: I saw a lemon shirt with one rhinestone for $69.99 with 50% off. I saw another pair of pants for $105.00 and to take 60% off that. Jewelry was about $54.00 a piece and if you bought one you would get one for 50% off. The store has a terrible smell. It's not chicos fault. Just wanted to share my personal experience. The entire shopping center smells terribly. Not sure what they are going to do to rectify this. I suppose it's from the river underneath the shops.

But my quest for themed items brought me here with hopes that I would find what I needed. When I walked in I set off the security alarm and of course that brought attention to me. I explained what went on at a prior stop and they understood. With that I asked if they had any themed items and they directed me to an area in the store. That area, the men's section, was a bit disappointing. I rummaged around a bit and headed back downstairs. I was looking for tube socks and asked if they knew if they had any. One of the associates took me back upstairs to the clearance area and started to look with me. We weren't having any luck and she told me to hold on a second. She went into the back room and came back out with a six pack of tube socks. She saved the day. She knew they had them, went and got them, and then gave me more good news by telling me that they were on clearance as well. Then I started to head downstairs and asked if the artist shirts they had hanging up in the front of the store were men's, women's, or unisex. They said a majority of them were unisex. Grabbed myself a shirt as well and made my way to checkout. The two associates that were there, and helped me throughout, were there again so they already knew I would probably set off the alarm again. This time I wasn't stopped or anything.

The staff is helpful and is always asking if any assistance is needed. It is inside of Lakeside Mall, on the Causeway side (the eastern part of the mall). I love, love, love Lane Bryant. One star deduction because during peak shopping periods, the parking is unbearable, other than that, I think this is pretty darn perfect. Seriously, I have never had an issue with this location, except during the holiday season, and that is not the fault of this store specifically, it is the nature of the retail environment.

The racks were tidy and it was easy to find my size. I returned the next day to exchange a sundress for some shorts I had my eye on the previous day. I called and spoke with a lady on today 6/18/2026 because I had not received my order. So, she said she would contact the store in Portland Oregon and I should receive it by this week. Well, well, today is 6/25/26 and I still don't have my package. I just got off the phone with another lady who is now telling me to wait 3 to 5 days more days for an update. They keep asking me if I want a refund. NO I DON"T!! All I want is my order and this should not take this long. Why is it that nobody seems to know why I don't have my package. I even got the UPS tracking info and it is not showing anything. When I enter the order# info it says I should have received my package by 6/17/26. What in the hell is Macy's doing?
