When they're handling things, the whole process takes maybe 15-25 minutes max, which makes selling here really smooth. That being said, I have to be honest, whenever Melissa and the other older woman are working, I almost want to turn around and leave. They are extremely slow with buys, often letting items sit untouched on the counter while having long conversations. More than once, my buy has taken well over an hour simply because they had no urgency, which is frustrating and unfair to customers. I really hope management encourages consistent efficiency across all employees. The younger staff set a great example of how this store can run at its best, it would be wonderful if everyone matched their pace.

When I walked in and the manager greeted me and asked about my day, I practically growled. His response, "That good, huh?" And when I told him I was looking for a couple of very specific items, hated shopping, and was feeling frustrated, he offered me a "personal shopper" to help and introduced me to Heather. She was terrific. She listened to my wants and needs, got me to laugh, found me a couple awesome pairs of shoes and a pair of sandals, and even found me some gel accessories to go into my shoes to make them more custom fitted. What began as a potentially disastrous shopping experience turned into my best one that day and had me walking out with three new pairs of shoes! Thanks!

I'll only go to Nordstroms from now on. While you can try a shoe on for initial fit, you cannot predict if a shoe is so poorly made it will rub your skin off until you wear it out. At Nordstroms and other better retailers, they will take care of a customer if the quality causes an issue like this. Why spend the same money here to have horrible customer service? I'll just go to a better store from now on to buy the same shoe at the same price where they care about the customer and quality control. Lesson learned.

It was well-stocked and clean and bright. The prices were reasonable and considering their stock, there was a lot of value here. You can find almost anything your heart desires. We just bought a small bag of clips, but when we got to the checkout, they were very friendly and helpful. The checkout person smiled and told us all about their reward system and when we had questions she cheerfully answered them.
