Bought a bedroom suite for our guest room. Delivery day one…read more the bed and night stand were damaged. Delivery day two a week later , the bed had numerous flaws. The delivery crew told me that the headboard was not in a box when he got it . It had been" repackaged". Just a guess but someone else had rejected it and they were hoping I would not notice the flaws. The next date to get a new bed is unknown but at least six weeks away. I mentioned to the rooms to go customer service representative that if they can't deliver undamaged furniture on the third try that I'd like my money back. She informed me that their policy was " no refunds". So if you shop at Rooms To Go keep in mind that they won't refund your money even if they can't deliver furniture that is not damaged.
