The service technician who came out refused to wear a mask, when offered a clean mask said he doesn't wear masks, and walked in past my mother to the kitchen. My mother is frail and medically compromised and just back from a hospital stay. I can't rate how well they service appliances, but I'd give them a zero if I could for failing a human decency test.
