Unfortunately cannot recommend DiLucci. We worked for a few months with Tony to determine whether they were the first fit for us. We decided to move forward and we were sent a contract to sign. After a series of mistakes on his part, the onboarding process stalled. I asked to work with someone else. At which point my experience with DiLucci further deteriorated. They made a series of inaccurate statements (including that they weren't taking on new clients) that left us 6 months behind scrambling to find different accounting services. Totally unprofessionally organization that overcharged me without advising me, were 2 months late delivering my taxes, I had to constantly follow up and took them 6 months to send me an additional bill that I disputed. They then are trying to collect attorney fees and interest and none of it was in the documentation nor did they send me anything after the bill. I just gave them a folder with all of my tax stuff and they took care of the rest. Apart from them suggesting I use Quickbooks instead of Freshbooks, I'm very pleased. read more
