To make things even better, he happened to be working in our area (HHI) that same afternoon and offered to stop by after he wrapped up his current job. I couldn't believe my luck and crossed my fingers that it wasn't too good to be true. A few hours later, Moises texted to let me know he was about ten minutes away--which I really appreciated--and assured me he was comfortable with dogs (a relief since we have two large ones). They did an amazing job. The guys were thorough, very careful and really easy to have around. We stayed home throughout the entire process. Every evening, when they left, they put their stuff neatly out of the way and arranged things so we had access to what we would need. The work was spot on. The preparation to the area before they ever got to paint an inch was fantastic. Paper and tape and tarps protected everything. They moved the furniture and noted where we wanted things put back. They took photos of where we wanted our pictures to go and after the paint dried, they rehung them. The house, walls and trim look better than new. We couldn't be happier.

Sergio's team did an exceptional job with all aspects of the project from start to finish, including comprehensive assessments/ estimates with paint type recommendations, highly skilled drywall repair, incredibly thorough floor coverage and paint preparation (wood filler application, sanding, etc.), excellent attention to detail with paint application (using many different colors and sheens based on room), expert trim painting, and meticulous touch-up work when any areas for improvement were identified. Beyond the team's exemplary interior painting skills, we were very impressed by their exterior painting abilities with the window frames on the back of our house. They carefully cleaned, primed, and sealed the window frames prior to painting and ensured they had adequate knowledge of the window material before recommending the appropriate paint type. The painting was very precisely applied without damaging the surrounding window glass. Additionally, Sergio offered extremely fair and competitive pricing compared to other paint vendors in the area and provided consistent, informative, and reassuring communication throughout the process. Last summer, we did end up hiring Albert to fix a leak coming from our bathroom. He seemed very…read morenice on the phone and was very responsive into action. He diagnosed the leak to be coming from the shower pan. As a result, we paid him roughly $11k to completely redo the shower and also remove the shower block windows that appeared to be a secondary leak source discovered after. As we were dealing with the issue remotely, he sent plenty of progress photos and cleaned up after the project well. The problem initially seemed fixed. Unfortunately, the identical leak started again within a year, and we scheduled a date for him to check on the shower but he never made it. We rescheduled for another date but he also failed to show up for that and has ignored our messages to remediate the issue. The problem was either misdiagnosed or incorrectly remediated. Either way, we will have to find another contractor to fix what Albert didn't. Two stars rather than one as he was very pleasant and responsive during the initial project.
